Key Responsibilities and Duties

Manage all aspects of client tax compliance and reporting
Lead and develop tax team members
Build and maintain proactive, value-based client relationships
Communicate tax matters clearly across clients and internal teams
Stay current on tax law changes affecting HNWIs, trusts, and closely held businesses
Drive efficiencies through tech-forward practices
Qualifications – Needed:
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required
Minimum 7 years of experience in tax accounting
Strong tax knowledge, especially with pass-through entities, trusts, and HNW individuals
Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams
Comfortable using modern tax and workflow technologies
Naturally optimistic with a client service mindset
Preference for those seeking proactive, strategic client work—not backward-looking compliance alone
