Aufgaben
- Sie identifizieren sämtliche Gesellschafter unserer Kunden sowie Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)
- Sie übernehmen die Risikoklassifizierung unserer Kunden, aktualisieren die KYC-Akte entsprechend und pflegen das KYC-Handbuch
- Fachabteilungen (z.
B. CRM, Compliance) werden von Ihnen über Änderungen u. Erkenntnisse in Bezug auf KYC- und OFAC-Prüfungen informiert - Sie erstellen Auswertungen für unser Compliance-Team und beantworten Anfragen von externen Prüfern oder Zentralbanken
- Sie pflegen Daten in Salesforce sowie in unserer firmeninternen Software
- Sie bringen sich aktiv bei der Optimierung von aktuellen Prozessen ein und nehmen an konzernweiten Projekten teil
