The BackgroundReporting to the Global Mobility Tax Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with a broad range of global mobility & expatriate tax compliance issues from strategy to execution.
The Role- Advising clients on a wide range of global mobility tax issues including: tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, equity plans, taxable benefits and structure of assignment packages and tax reconciliation processes.
- Develop account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and increase product usage.
- Coach & mentor junior mobility tax professionals.
- Lead / participate in client meetings to enhance relationships.
The successful candidate must have previous global mobility experience with a focus on individual tax compliance. Applicants must be team players with strong leadership, analytical, communication and portfolio management skills.
