Junior​/Associate Advisor

An established and growing wealth management firm is seeking a Junior Advisor / Associate Financial Advisor to join its advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, building long-term relationships, and providing high-quality advice and service.

Working alongside a senior advisor, you’ll help manage and service an established group of client relationships. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on greater responsibility and become a primary point of contact for clients.

This is not a traditional producer role. You will not be expected to bring a book of business, cold call, or meet individual sales quotas. Instead, the focus is on developing as an advisor within an established practice and existing client base.

Partner with a senior advisor to manage and service existing client relationships

Build trusted relationships with clients and become a primary point of contact for their day-to-day needs

Participate in client review, financial planning, and investment meetings

Gradually take on greater responsibility for meeting preparation, discussions, and follow-up

Assist with financial planning and investment analysis

Execute trades and assist with portfolio implementation

Review client accounts and identify items requiring attention or follow-up

Coordinate and execute action items resulting from client meetings

Work closely with client service, operations, financial planning, and investment team members

Maintain accurate client information, notes, tasks, and follow-up activity

Proactively identify ways to improve the client experience and deepen relationships

Approximately 2–5years of experience within an RIA, wealth management firm, broker-dealer, or similar financial services environment

FINRA Series 7 and Series 66
, or equivalent combination of licenses

Experience working directly with wealth management clients strongly preferred

Working knowledge of investment accounts, trading, financial planning, and the client service lifecycle

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple client needs and priorities

Collaborative, team-oriented approach

Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential client information

The firm is currently located in Pepper Pike and expects to relocate to the Cedar/Beachwood area in the future. The position offers some flexibility in work location and does not require being in the office 100% of the time
