The Sr. Vice President role at SPA Capital Services Ltd. is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Delhi, OH. The individual in this role will lead key business verticals, set strategic direction, and drive revenue growth across core advisory and capital markets services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include overseeing client relationship management, guiding deal origination and execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and monitoring financial performance and risk.

The Sr. Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, mentor mid‑level managers, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The role also involves representing the firm in high‑level client meetings, industry forums, and strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and support long‑term organizational objectives.

• Demonstrated expertise in financial services, including corporate finance, investment banking, wealth management, or related advisory domains.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership, business development, and revenue growth at a senior management level.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and high‑level client communication, with the ability to manage complex, multi‑party engagements.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and regulatory frameworks relevant to capital markets and advisory services.
• Ability to lead and develop cross‑functional teams, drive execution excellence, and foster a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver executive presentations and proposals.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior leadership role within a financial institution, advisory firm, or investment bank, preferably with exposure to Indian and global markets.
