Duties DUTY 1:
Conducts and oversees the most complex analysis of signals intelligence. Evaluates relevance and reliability of both classified and unclassified information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses, and centers of gravity. DUTY 2:
Course Curriculum Supervisor/Instructor or the Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop. Manages and approves the Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop (IPW) course content based on real world threats and student needs in their Area of Responsibilities (AORs). DUTY 3:
Serves as a senior adviser and primary consultant in the dissemination of SIGINT. Leads a wide variety of complex and non-routine collection and operations projects/programs/teams to support component, combatant command, and support agency planning and operations. DUTY 4:
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employeesregarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. DUTY 5:
Serves as a senior technical authority on ISR issues for agency leadership. Makes authoritative recommendations and defends to the Director and 16 AF staff, decisions on operational policy matters; often required to make difficult decisions committing Agency funds or resources impacting future capabilities. * All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.

* The employee may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.
* An advanced intelligence-related or professional/scientific degree is highly desirable.
* The employee may be required to work irregular duty hours, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
* Polygraph:
Incumbent is required to undergo a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination. Qualifications This is a GG-14 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-14 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Senior" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-14 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions. EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include knowledge of a comprehensive range of Intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multi-source intelligence information systems to capture data in order to make recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities, new hypotheses and theories, and threat assessments;
knowledge of advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods to produce detail analyses of complex information/situations attained from multiple sources.
Note:
Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency. AND KNOWLEDGE,

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of a comprehensive range of Intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multi-source intelligence information systems to capture data in order to make recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities, new hypotheses and theories, and threat assessments.
2. Knowledge of advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods to produce detail analyses of complex information/situations attained from multiple sources.
3. Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations and mission/functions, inter-relationships and operations.
