Hair Salon Assistant Manager - Bethel, Ohio
Salary: $12‑$14/hr plus tips and productivity incentive.
Schedule:
Full‑time hours. Salon is open Saturday 9am‑6pm, Sunday 10am‑5pm, Monday‑Friday 9am‑7pm. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
We’re looking for a motivated assistant manager who can support stylists and help grow the salon. You may be a stylist seeking more responsibility or someone seeking a new opportunity.
Responsibilities- Support salon operations and team management.
- Assist in maintaining salon standards and customer service.
- Participate in training and development of staff.
