Eine Seniorenresidenz sucht einen Alltagsbegleiter
* in Betreuungskraft. Die
Aufgaben umfassen die Gestaltung des Alltags der Bewohner
* innen, Mitwirkung bei Beschäftigungsmaßnahmen und das Einbringen eigener Ideen. Es wird eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Betreuungskraft nach § 43b, 53c SGB XI und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenzen erwartet. Eine Anstellung ist befristet auf zunächst 1 Jahr, Teilzeit oder Vollzeit möglich. Angebote wie eine eigene Akademie und ein Tarifvertrag mit Zusatzleistungen werden bereitgestellt.
