• Expert Dispensing and Consultation:
  
  Utilize your deep knowledge of optics to accurately read, interpret, and fill prescriptions. Expertly guide patients through the selection, measurement, fitting, and adjustment of premium eyewear, including advanced lens designs (e.g., progressives, high-index) and contact lenses, tailored to their individual needs and lifestyle.
• Customer Experience Champion:
  
  Maintain our high standard of patient care by providing consistently empathetic, professional, and memorable service. Resolve patient concerns and eyewear issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Operational Excellence:
  
  Manage detailed lab ordering, verify incoming orders for accuracy, maintain efficient inventory levels, and process patient information and insurance claims accurately.
• Collaborative Teamwork:
  
  Work seamlessly with the Optometrists and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a harmonious work environment.

• Licensure:
  
  Must possess a current, valid Optician license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience:
  
  Proven, relevant experience (2+ years preferred) in an optical dispensary setting.
• Punctuality and Professionalism:
  
  Reliability is essential.
