Community Outreach Manager
Piketon, OH
Nuclear Care Partners (NCP) is seeking a Community Outreach Manager who is passionate about making connections, growing referral networks, and helping patients access the care and benefits they’ve earned. At NCP, we provide in‑home health care to former Department of Energy (DOE) and nuclear weapons workers who sacrificed their health in service to our nation. We are honored to serve this unique and deserving population with compassion, excellence, and respect.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic outreach and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals.
- Promote NCP’s mission and services to DOE workers, physicians, medical providers, advocacy organizations, unions, and community groups.
- Represent the company at local events, health fairs, meetings, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with referral sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach goals with business objectives.
- Support patient census growth through relationship development and education.
- Train clinical staff on customer service and communication best practices.
- Assist with the development of marketing materials and outreach tools.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral tracking.
- Travel within the assigned region; some overnight stays may be required.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (preferably in healthcare, home health, or senior services).
- Proven success in a performance or goal‑driven environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term professional relationships.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
- Professional demeanor with high levels of integrity and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
- Knowledge or experience with the Department of Labor’s Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (EEOICPA).
