• We are offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for the next three full-time Respiratory Therapists, with payment made according to our standard payout schedule.

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct respiratory care to the residents in an effort to restore pulmonary function and support the resident and their loved ones by planning and administering medically prescribed respiratory therapy.
• Collaborates with SNF team to assure optimal outcomes are achieved.
• Other respiratory care duties may apply.

• Current valid Licensed Respiratory Therapist issued in the state of Ohio
• Must have thorough knowledge of respiratory techniques, practices, specialized procedures applied, and equipment used in the assigned unit.
• Up-to-date assessment skills and knowledge of respiratory principles are required.
• Must be BLS certified
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or must have an exemption
• Interest in the geriatric population
