Location: Lexington
Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA / OTA / PRN
Broad River Rehab is growing. We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide direct patient care under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Location:
Skilled Nursing Facility – Lexington, OH
Type: PRN (as needed);
Hours:
20-30 hours per week (consistent hours available).
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under supervision.
- Document patient progress and coordinate with the OT team.
- Ohio Occupational Therapist Assistant license required.
- Occupational Therapist Assistant associate degree required.
