• Base Pay: $18 per hour
• Paid travel time at $18 per hour between clients
• $100 bonus at 30 days with perfect attendance and punctuality
• 10% holiday premium
• Referral bonuses: $100 per caregiver referral, $100 per insurance client referral, $75–$1,500 per private client

We are seeking State Licensed Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to provide personalized home health care to elderly and disabled clients in the familiar communities of Alliance, Brewster, Canton, Dalton, Hartville, Massillon, Navarre, North Canton, and Paris.

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship, grocery trips, and transportation
• Build trusted relationships over time
• Report changes in client condition or care needs

What we DON’T have: complex medical procedures, hospital politics, mandatory overtime, rotating schedules, heavy lifting over 25 lb.

• Active Ohio STNA license (valid number, issue and expiration dates)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
• Pass standard background checks
• Commitment to minimum 20 hours per week
• Availability during normal care hours (6 AM–8 PM; ideally 8 AM–5 PM)

Week 1‑2:
Fill‑in assignments while we match you with permanent clients that fit your preferences. Week 3+:
Your regular client schedule begins. Ongoing fill‑in opportunities remain available.

• No forced overtime; max 40 hours weekly
• Clients matched to your preferences (no pets, no smoking, limited drive radius, specific days)
• Paid travel time between clients
• Same clients every week for long‑term relationships
• Flexible scheduling (20–40 hours between 6 AM–8 PM)
• Open communication culture and support from care coordination team

We respect your boundaries, provide complete schedule control, and have no mandatory overtime. No PTO, 401(k), or health insurance is offered, but we compensate with excellent pay, bonuses, and long‑term client relationships.
