What You’ll Do As an Eyewear StylistAs an Eyewear Stylist, you’ll receive paid training to become an expert in assisting patients with their eyewear needs and more. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a warm, helpful, and positive experience to every patient.
- Assisting patients in selecting frames that suit their style and prescription needs.
- Confidently selling eyewear (glasses and contact lenses) by understanding and meeting patients’ preferences.
- Ordering frames from manufacturers and managing eyewear inventory.
- Learning and performing procedures, such as taking eye photos.
- Dispensing eyewear orders and ensuring proper eyeglass adjustments and basic repairs.
- Scheduling future vision appointments for patients.
- Completing daily organizational and sanitization tasks.
- Conducting phone calls and working on a computer for extended periods.
- Intelligent, detail‑oriented, and with a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, dependable, and an outstanding attendance record.
- Excels in providing friendly, caring, and thoughtful customer service.
- Eager to learn new skills and work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills and thrives in a team environment.
- Available to work 5 full shifts each week, including Saturdays (with Sundays and one weekday off).
- Flexible and willing to work at any of our four office locations (Westerville, Lewis Center, and Johnstown) as needed. Schedules are provided one month in advance.
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 7:45 AM – 2:30 PM
- Competitive Pay & Bonuses:

This is an in‑person role; candidates must be comfortable working on a computer for long periods and making/receiving phone calls.
