Medical Practice Representative / Front Desk

Trinity Health is seeking a Medical Practice Representative / Front Desk to serve as the primary contact between our office and all outside parties. The role includes scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics, filing and maintaining medical records, welcoming patients, registering patients, gathering insurance information, performing soft collections, answering incoming calls, and using the EPIC system.

• Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensure / Certification: N/A
• Experience:
  
  One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone systems preferred
• Basic computer skills required
