We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Full-Time Therapist to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to client care and be skilled in various therapeutic modalities. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions to individuals, groups, or families.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, groups, or families in person or via teletherapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic client care.
• Stay updated on latest therapeutic practices and modalities through continuous professional development.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure or certification to practice therapy (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
• Proven experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
