- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone.
- Assess clients’ needs and customize treatments to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room to uphold spa standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage and self‑care practices.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
- Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Promote spa services and products to encourage repeat business.
- Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist in Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for wellness and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
