The opportunityThe Medical Intelligence Associate is responsible for collaborating with the Medical Intelligence Analyst in a team-based workflow to identify and profile healthcare providers based on specific clinical criteria and creating a personalized report to guide a client in their decision-making for provider selection. As a Medical Intelligence Associate, your role is to conduct provider office interviews to obtain availability, insurance, and scheduling information, conduct thorough background verification for each viable provider, and summarize your findings for the Medical Intelligence Analyst.
The Medical Intelligence Associate will also complete special projects as assigned to support the operations of the Medical Intelligence team.

- Collaborate with the Medical Intelligence and Advisory teams to creatively and strategically solve client requests
- Perform interviews with healthcare provider offices to confirm expertise, appointment availability, scheduling instructions, insurance acceptance, and more.
- Conduct thorough background verification for each viable provider
- Summarize obtained information in a form for the Medical Intelligence Analyst
- Assist Team Leads with special research or administrative projects

- High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree recommended
- Experience in the medical or behavioral health field
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with an interest in improving efficiency
- Strong PC skills: MS Office and Internet research experience required
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to think quickly and respond to urgent requests and changing circumstances
- Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to adapt to workflow changes and business growth in fast-paced environment
- Professional telephone etiquette and skills required
- Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual must be able to walk occasionally. The individual may occasionally be required to bend or stoop. The individual may occasionally be required to lift objects up to 10 pounds.
Salary Range: $39,300 - $53,100

Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
