Trilogy Health Services - 800 Ambrose Drive [Nursing Assistant / Patient Health] As a Qualified Medication Aide at Trilogy Health Services, you'll:
Safely prepare, administer, and document all medications used in the health campus;
Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations;
Verify that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist;
Follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.
