What You Will Do

• Provide skilled Physical Therapy Assistant services in patients' homes across Chagrin Falls/Solon/Aurora/Northfield/Macedonia/Garfield Heights, OH & Surrounding Area!
• You will help patients regain independence and confidence in their daily lives, all while enjoying the autonomy that home health offers.

What We Are Looking For

• Ohio licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligibility for licensure)
• A passion for one-on-one patient care in a home setting
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation for visits throughout the service area

• Documentation: Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
