, we’re looking for dependable, compassionate people to join our team as Certified Medication Aides.
This is a hands-on resident care role for someone who takes medication safety seriously, enjoys building relationships with residents, and wants to be part of a team that makes a meaningful difference every shift.
We are currently hiring for:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Build real relationships with residents and families
- Work independently while still being part of a strong care team
- Stay organized and on top of medication schedules
- Notice changes in residents and communicate concerns quickly
- Bring calm, consistency, and compassion to your shift
- Work a
12-hour schedule that gives you more full days away from work - Know that what you do directly affects someone’s quality of life
As a Certified Medication Aide, you’ll help ensure residents receive safe, timely, and compassionate care while supporting the overall clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications in accordance with physician orders and established procedures
- Maintaining accurate medication records and documentation
- Monitoring residents for changes in condition and communicating concerns appropriately
- Supporting resident care and daily needs
- Following medication management, infection control, and safety standards
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and members of the care team
- Helping maintain a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment
- Medication administration experience preferred
- Senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or similar experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
- Dependable attendance and follow-through
- Ability to work either 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM
