Necco seeks a Trauma-Informed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to address behavioral and emotional needs of individuals by providing education, support, and reinforcement aligned with treatment goals.
The Trauma-Informed RBT will collaborate across Necco Center departments to train teammates, help them understand the why behind behavioral needs, and deliver/implement functional behavioral analyses developed by a BCBA.
