Legacy Silverton Medical Center is hiring Clinical Social Workers to deliver holistic, patient-centered care for adults and children across the health care continuum. The roles cover crisis intervention, transition planning and coordination with internal and external services, with emphasis on vulnerable populations.
Two levels are offered: CSWA (license track toward LCSW) and LCSW (II). Requires an MSW; CSWA 1 year, LCSW 2 years experience; AHA BLS; on-site in Oregon; pay range $42.06–$60.14
