We are currently looking for a Dietary Supervisor to join our team in our brand-new facility in Amelia, Ohio!

• Supplies planned diets and menus for review by the Dietitian and follows recommendations
  accordingly.
• Implement diets and menus approved by the Dietitian Purchase or requisition food and supplies.
• Supervise the receiving, storage, preparation and serving of food to all parties within the
  facility.
• Assumes responsibility to maintain an enhanced dining experience for all residents within
  assigned facility(s).
• Assume responsibility for compliance with serving palatable and flavorful food at the
  appropriate temperatures per established guidelines.
• In conjunction with Dietitian, interview residents and determine specific dietary needs and
  preferences.
• Maintain records of residents' profiles, meal census, menus, diet cardex, diet roster, diets
  served and purchase records.
• Manage and participate in employee selection, evaluation and termination.
• Ensure all communication of pertinent information to dietary employees is completed in an
  organized and timely fashion.
• Plan and conduct in-service training programs as needed.
• Implement and adhere to dietary policies and procedures
• Maintain food, supply and labor costs within the dietary budget.
• Assume responsibility for compliance with all sanitation, food safety and infection control
  requirements for the facility.
• Observe infection control procedures.
• Follow Residents' Rights policies at all times.
• Adhere to all facility policies & procedures and ensure they are adhered to by all responsible
  parties and carry out disciplinary action for non-compliance as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to the Corporate Integrity Program and the Performance Expectations at all
  times.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the Administrator and/or person of authority.
