At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

As a caregiver in Coventry Township, OH, you will provide companionship, assist with household tasks, run errands, offer transportation, and provide friendly company. You will choose your own schedule using the mobile app, attend hourly visit opportunities (typically 2–4 hours each), and create a schedule that fits your life.

• Earn up to $15.00 per hour with bonuses.

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
