Practice Manager II - Women's Health

The Manager Practice II oversees the daily operations of one or more medical practices, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant delivery of patient care and administrative services. This role supports patient access, safety, and satisfaction while maintaining operational reliability and regulatory compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

Required

Education:

• High school diploma or GED.

Required

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting with supervisory or lead responsibilities

Skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA)
• Ability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems and common office software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to coach, train, and develop staff

Leadership Capabilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team to achieve operational and patient care goals.
• Allocate resources and prioritize work to ensure effective practice operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate organizational priorities and changes to staff and providers.
• Participate in performance management processes, including feedback, recognition, and addressing performance concerns.

Preferred Education:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
