This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Delhi, OH. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and interpreting prescriptions, checking for drug interactions, counseling customers on proper medication use, dosage, and side effects, and maintaining accurate patient and inventory records.

The role also involves coordinating with healthcare providers, managing stock levels of pharmaceutical products, and supporting the safe handling, storage, and documentation of medications. The Pharmacist will work closely with store and operations teams to provide timely, customer-focused pharmaceutical services in alignment with Blinkit’s standards.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, prescription verification, and medication dispensing, with the ability to ensure accuracy and safety at all times.
• Skills in patient counseling, customer communication, and providing clear guidance on medication usage, side effects, and health conditions.
• Experience with inventory management, record keeping, and use of pharmacy management or point-of-sale systems.
• Understanding of relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices for controlled substances and documentation.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent professional pharmacy degree, with a valid pharmacist license in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, OH, including maintaining flexibility to support store operating hours as needed.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous retail or community pharmacy experience is beneficial; experience in e-commerce or quick-commerce environments is a plus.
