As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you will provide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect dataon student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.

• Providing behavior support to students
• Delivering direct instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principals
• Data collection and progress monitoring
• Skill acquisition support
• Implementing behavior plans and positive support plans
• Collaboration with all team members
• Documentation

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)(
  Required)
• A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field, is preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting
