About the HotelThe Comfort Inn located in Caldwell, Ohio.
Job DescriptionResponsible for attending to the needs of guests, especially during check-in and check-out process.
Essential Job Functions- Remain in required uniform including name tag, earpiece and radio.
- Greet all guests.
- Provide information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities.
- Respond to guest requests and sell rooms to walk-in guests.
- Enter and change reservations in the PMS system.
- Post charges to guest accounts, process payments, and make necessary changes to guest accounts.
- Inform housekeeping about room changes.
- Listen and respond to guest complaints.
- Operate answering phone.
- Clean front desk and surrounding areas.
- Complete shift checklist.
- Maintain daily logs.
- Balance cash drawer.
- Must be able to stand for an 8‑hour shift.
- Maintain a team-oriented attitude conducive to growth and hospitality.
- Willingness to participate in additional hospitality training and education.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or general manager.
