• Smooth, cordial check‑in and check‑out of our guests
• Administration of the reception desk during your own working hours
• Rooming of arriving guests
• Contact person for all guest requests
• Coordination of telephone calls
• Accepting and entering room reservations, taking into account sales strategies
• Preparation of offers, reservation confirmations and answering any questions and concerns of our guests via e‑mail, telephone or OTAs
• Accepting table reservations for our gourmet restaurant as well as reservations for the wellness area
• Ensuring optimal room sales in compliance with the specified standards
• Close cooperation and communication with housekeeping

• First professional experience in the field of reception and / or reservations.
• Very good knowledge of German (written and spoken)
• Good IT skills, ideally knowledge of Oracle Suite 8
• Business understanding
• Positive charisma as well as a confident, competent, open and cordial manner as well as a flexible way of thinking when dealing with guests
• Independent, responsible, and service‑oriented working style
• Good manners, team spirit
• High quality standards for your work
• Good knowledge of English desirable
