In your job as assistant F&B manager, you delight our guests with culinary highlights at the restaurant, the bar, on the beach and other unique locations.

You motivate your team in the restaurants and bars to perform at top levels and always keep an eye on the quality. With your job as assistant F&B manager, you get to know the unique world of ROBINSON.

As assistant F&B manager you make sure that our restaurants and bars run smoothly and are responsible for the integration into the ROBINSON concept. You also ensure the cost effectiveness of the entire F&B area while taking the ROBINSON quality standards into account.

The monitoring of purchasing and storage as well as the stockpiling of the products and materials are also part of your job as assistant F&B manager at one of our club resorts.

While being close to the guests and your team, you direct and support the employees in the F&B area together with the F&B manager. Together you make sure that each individual guest leaves the restaurant full, happy and satisfied or has a great evening with delicious cocktails at the bar. The waiters, restaurant managers, bartenders and bar manager can rely on you 100% as a manager.

The guests appreciate you as someone to talk to and are delighted by your service.

• training as a hotel specialist
• at least 2 years management experience or as a team leader
• a creative and solution oriented mind‑set
• excellent manners and a well‑groomed appearance
• fluency in German and English, ideally local language skills
