About the Hotel: The Comfort Inn and Suites is located in Caldwell, Ohio.

Job Description: Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the hotel, including check-in and check-out procedures, balancing cash, reconciling credit cards, answering the phone, and attending to the needs of guests.

Essential Job Functions: Be in required uniform, name tag, and earpiece. Greet all guests. Provide information about policies, services, and amenities. Respond to guest requests, sell rooms to walk-in guests, enter/change reservations, post charges, process payments, make account changes, inform housekeeping of room changes, respond to complaints, answer phones, transfer calls, clean the front desk area, complete checklists, maintain logs, balance cash drawer, and stand for an 8-hour shift.

Additional Responsibilities: Maintain a positive attitude conducive to team growth and hospitality. Be willing to complete hospitality training and other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
