The Role: As our AM Club Lounge Attendant, you'll be at the forefront of guest satisfaction, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded. Your responsibilities will include responding to guest requests, providing impeccable service, and maintaining the safety and well-being of our valued guests. Tips are warmly accepted, adding an extra layer of reward to your role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Extend a warm welcome to guests and attend to their needs promptly
• Serve delectable food and beverages, sharing your menu knowledge and making recommendations
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Uphold company policies, maintain professionalism, and foster positive relationships with team members and guests alike
