Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Associate based in Port Clinton, OH. The Office Associate will perform day‑to‑day hotel operational tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with hotel guests, providing excellent customer service, handling issues that arise, and supporting the overall organizational needs of the Inn. The role also involves ensuring smooth front office operations and coordinating with various team members to maintain a high standard of hospitality.
Qualifications- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Proficient in managing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating daily operational activities.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office, email systems, and other relevant platforms is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a customer service business is a plus.
