• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Secure company assets.

Job duties may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may involve physical activity such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
