* Ein 3-jähriges Pflegeexamen zum Beispiel in der Altenpflege, in der Gesundheits- und (Kinder-) Krankenpflege oder generalistische ausgebildete Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
* Eine Weiterbildung für die außerklinischen Intensivpflege
* Führerschein Klasse 3 / B
* Zuverlässigkeit, Empathie und Freude an Teamwork
