• Advising and supporting our managers and employees in all personnel and labor law matters
• Independent management of recruiting processes and selection of service providers, including applicant correspondence, conducting interviews, contract management, and onboarding
• Continuous improvement of internal recruiting and employer branding processes by incorporating your own ideas and trends
• Organization and execution of job fairs and recruiting events, as well as establishing a university network
• Implementation of individual personnel measures, such as transfers, warnings, etc.
• Supporting the transformation, further development, and digitalization of HR processes, as well as the introduction of personnel management software

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Law, or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruiting and/or personnel management
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, confident demeanor
• Team spirit, high level of commitment, and a reliable, structured, and independent way of working

• A structured onboarding process as well as challenging and varied tasks in a highly motivated, collegial team
• Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely up to two days per week
