Join a pivotal role in shaping global compensation frameworks within the consumer goods, lifestyle, and retail industry. This strategic position involves developing and implementing governance policies for job grading and classification while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to drive equity, innovation, and excellence in compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain governance policies for job grading and classification, ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Monitor job grading practices, address discrepancies, and mitigate risks.
- Build relationships with HR teams, compensation professionals, and executives to align initiatives with business needs.
- Facilitate training on job evaluation techniques and governance practices for HR professionals and managers.
- Oversee job evaluations, ensuring timely and consistent application of grading criteria.
- Analyze compensation metrics and industry benchmarks to drive informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership on trends, insights, and the impact of job grading.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation governance.
- Lead and support global initiatives for equity and global compensation programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants on compensation projects.

- External consultants and project teams
- University degree in Business, Finance, or HR Rewards; advanced education preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Rewards, with a focus on global compensation.
- Proven expertise in job evaluation and grading, preferably using Mercer IPE Methodology.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital reward solutions.
