In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our Facilities Services industry. • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
