Location: Germany

Hanson Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join our team as an independent consultant
. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for our clients in the tech and gaming industries. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both technical and non-technical recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and engage high-caliber candidates for technical roles within the tech and gaming industries, including software developers, engineers, designers, data scientists, and more.
  • Guide candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Draft and send out the jobs email to the internal team.
  • Manage candidate inquiries coming in via the company career page.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to provide informed recruitment strategies and advice to clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of tech and gaming professionals through various channels, including social media, industry events, and professional groups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related.
  • 2-4+ years of recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously within the tech and/or gaming industries.
  • Experience with international recruiting is a plus as we also fill roles in the UK, Costa Rica and India.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft products including Office Suite, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with and experience using Linked In Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
  • Knowledge and experience using ATS tools for managing resumes.
  • Experience drafting/writing job descriptions and external facing communications.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws.
  • Strong professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
