Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, compliance, and organizational culture. This role ensures that HR strategies align with company goals and that the workplace remains positive, compliant, and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR policies, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and open communication.
- Performance Management
- Administer performance review processes and provide coaching to managers on goal setting and feedback.
- Support the development and implementation of employee development and succession plans.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support leadership training and career growth initiatives.
- HR Reporting & Analytics
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycor, SAP).
- Experience with U.S. immigration processes (H-1B, OPT/CPT, green cards).
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
