Human Resources Partner - Employee Relations Overview

The Human Resources Partner – Employee Relations conducts complex workplace investigations on employee concerns, claims of harassment, hostile work environment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of confidentiality, and more. They serve as a subject‑matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and programs. The role supports department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues, provides coaching and counseling to department heads in regard to training, corrective action/performance improvement, terminations, investigations, and employee complaints/grievances.
The Partner also performs special projects as assigned.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- At least two (2) years of HR work experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within six months and maintain it biennially.
- Ability to travel required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Human Resources Professional Certification.
Full Time – Exempt – Days shift.
