We are looking for a German-speaking SAP HCM Payroll Project Manager to take ownership of SAP HR/HCM projects from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you will manage end-to-end project delivery while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Lead SAP HR/HCM project delivery from design through implementation and post-go-live support
• Manage client relationships, ensuring quality, timelines, and project goals are met
• Coordinate with internal consultants and technical teams to align business and technical requirements
• Oversee solution design, configuration, and integration activities
• Support continuous improvement and optimisation of payroll processes

• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Project Manager or in a similar SAP HCM leadership role
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Experience with SAP HCM and Payroll processes and project lifecycle management
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive results
