24 a week on average. A Manufacturing Company located near Brewster, OH area seeks a Human Resources Administrator for who can provide administrative support to all areas of the company to include:
Management, Human Resources, Recruitment, Onboarding, Updating

Hands-on experience working in a Manufacturing / Business environment as an Administrator. Candidates must be able to supply Administrative Support to all areas Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions. Capable of learning the recruitment process for labor positions and onboarding personnel. Maintains employee files, hours worked, vacation time, regulatory training / safety records, employee records and terminations.

Creates new and edits existing job descriptions to be posted on the internet and for Company records. Maintains the accuracy of the Safety Data Sheet utilizing online software. Capable of inventory and ordering office supplies. Ability to 'Run Payroll' would be a PLUS! Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher) Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
