As a Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for high-level leadership and C Suite roles within our client organizations. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with new client companies while working alongside proven leaders in the recruiting industry.

• Client Collaboration

  Partner with clients to understand and fulfill talent needs.
• Client Development

  Build and expand relationships with senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
• Candidate Recruitment
  :
  Source and recruit top talent using multi-channel strategies, focusing on Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries.
• Portfolio Management

  Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
• Market Intelligence
  :
  Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with the team.

• 2+ years of search and recruiting experience in an agent setting
• Business Development or Outbound Sales are a plus!
• Bachelor's degree
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong determination, excellent communication, and high organization.
• Ability to work onsite in Fairlawn, Ohio.
