What you will do
  • Support the design and drive implementation of comprehensive compensation frameworks and processes for the organisation, covering job architecture, salary structures and incentive plans including equity
  • Conduct and analyse wage surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Contribute to the development and review of policies related to compensation and benefits.
  • Manage standardised compensation processes across the organisation, particularly during annual salary and variable pay cycles.
  • Administration of Long-term Incentives
  • Prepare analytics, reports, and presentations for salary and benefits decisions
What you need to succeed
  • Solid knowledge (3-5 years) of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulations, including familiarity with a range of topics such as grading/levelling, base pay, incentives (STI and LTI), salary benchmarking, stock purchase programs
  • Proven track record in building total rewards programs
  • Technical proficiency in the use of compensation and benefits software and tools; ability to analyze and manipulate data using spreadsheets, databases, and other software tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data and recommendations clearly
  • Ideally: experience with works council
  • Ideally: experience with Sales Incentives
