MARA Holdings seeks an HR Coordinator to serve as the primary on-site HR partner for employees and leaders at its Ohio mining operations. The role supports employee relations, onboarding, benefits, performance management, compliance, and site HR activities.
The position is based on-site at multiple Ohio locations with regular travel to Hannibal, Hopedale, Findlay and some overnight travel. It is a temporary role with potential to go full-time, reporting to the HRBP for Operations.
