Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager at Riverside Landing Nursing & Rehabilitation in McConnelsville, Ohio (onsite) supports day-to-day people operations, including employee information management, hiring and orientation, payroll processing, and benefit administration. This role works closely with the Corporate Director of HR to support staffing and employee relations.

• Manage new hires through the orientation process, ensuring completion of all required paperwork and procedures to support compliance.
• Maintain employee files in an organized and accessible manner.
• Oversee benefit administration and coordinate other employee relations activities in cooperation with the Corporate Director of HR.
• Assist with staffing needs and help support hiring workflows.
• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Administer employee information management, including hiring and orientation, payroll processing, and benefit administration for the employee plan.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and family members.
• Experience in a long term care or business office setting preferred.
