Westerville, OH client has a contract need for a Recruiter who will be responsible for searching and finding the best and brightest people from around the world. Creates job postings, networks with candidates, works closely with hiring managers and executives, and creates robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest.

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
• Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate strong computer and internet research and hunting skills and have experience with full life cycle recruiting.
• The best candidates will have a reputation for being exceptional hunters, organized, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.
