This onsite role supports daily HR functions, answers associate inquiries, coordinates recruiting, training, and retention, and collaborates with management to enforce policies. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Social Work, 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong Excel/Office skills, knowledge of FMLA and EOE, and excellent communication.
